I’ve spent about 30 years now working with women on their health and fitness, noticing that sometimes change is easy, and sometimes it feels SO hard.
I’ve seen a lot of women struggle their way into menopause, and I’ve seen - far fewer, but they do exist - women who just ease right into it, no big deal.
And I’ve come to believe the problem is conceptual. We’re operating under some seriously flawed paradigms.
